Roots in Occoquan
The Spot was born on Mill Street in historic Occoquan — a veteran-owned dream built by Denise and David Ormsby with a conviction that the community deserves a place that actually cares. From day one, that meant cooking everything from scratch and showing up for neighbors the way good service members always do.
Finding Home at the Marina
Moving to Belmont Bay — right across from the marina on the Occoquan — felt less like a relocation and more like an arrival. The waterfront unlocked a whole new way to experience The Spot.

Order from the full menu and eat aboard your pontoon on the water — that's Dock & Dine, and it's exactly as good as it sounds. Boaters pull straight up to Belmont Bay Harbor Marina and dine with a sunset view.
